Official Rules

BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Sponsor

The “12 Days of Christmas Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Best of Kansas (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Kansas, age 21 or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, grandparent, or anyone residing in the same household) of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes full compliance with these Official Rules and all applicable Kansas laws.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on December 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on December 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.

Qualified entries accepted October 28th thru December 12th, 2025

4. How to Enter

Each participant may earn up to twelve (12) entries as follows:

Enter your email through the official giveaway form – +1 entry

Follow Best of Kansas on Facebook – +2 entries

Comment on your favorite sponsor on the giveaway Facebook post – +3 entries

Tag the sponsor mentioned in your comment – +6 entries

Limit of twelve (12) total entries per person.
Entries that do not comply with these rules are disqualified.

5. Prize(s)

There will be twelve (12) winners, one selected randomly for each day of the Promotion Period.

Each winner will receive a voucher(s) valid at a participating sponsor business.
Vouchers may include, but are not limited to, restaurant vouchers, retail vouchers, or local service vouchers.

Prizes are randomly assigned; winners cannot select or exchange for a preferred voucher.

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a voucher of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

6. Voucher Terms & Conditions

Winner must present a valid photo ID matching the name on the voucher. This voucher is a promotional coupon, not a gift card or gift certificate, and is non-transferable. No purchase necessary to win. Valid for one-time use only at the named sponsor. Voucher must be presented at time of redemption.

Entire value must be used in a single visit. No cash value; not redeemable for cash, change, or credit. No balance carryover. Not valid with other discounts, promotions, or delivery services. Valid for Dine-In or TO-GO only. Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Not valid toward alcohol purchases.

Valid only for food and non-alcoholic beverages with restaurant sponsors. Limit one voucher per table/transaction. Restaurant policies and availability may apply. Dave & Busters will provide winner with game credits. JT’s will provide gift cards and require photo ID showing winner is 21 years of age.

Void if reproduced, altered, resold, or fraudulent. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse redemption of this voucher if the Terms & Conditions are not met. Not valid for tip or gratuity; please tip for good service.

7. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen randomly from all eligible entries received each day during the Giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on their entry form using [email protected].

Entrants should check their inbox, spam, or junk folders to ensure they do not miss the notification. This email address will be used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner and coordinating prize redemption and will not be shared with any third parties.

Each winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.

Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Winners will be announced by first name only on the Best of Kansas Facebook page and official website.

9. Prize Redemption and Verification

Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of prize redemption with the participating sponsor. The name on the ID must correspond with the name submitted on the giveaway entry form for verification purposes.

10. General Conditions & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to:

Release, defend, and hold harmless Best of Kansas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or the use/misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries

Loss of vouchers thru mail

Technical failures, including website or server malfunctions

Errors in administration or announcement of prizes

Personal injury or property damage arising from participation or use of prizes

All prizes are awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

11. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their first name and city/state of residence for marketing, promotional, and winner announcement purposes related to this Giveaway.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for giveaway administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.

Email addresses collected for the Giveaway will not be sold, shared, or provided to any third party outside of Best of Kansas.

Entrants may be added to Sponsor’s marketing email list only if they provide consent at the time of entry.

13. Disqualification

Any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent behavior will be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entries or disqualify winners at its sole discretion.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

Any disputes arising under or related to this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kansas, and entrants waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.

15. Severability

If any part of these rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Agreement to Rules

Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
